Re: "I'm Kind of a Shinigami Too"

It is highly possible that Kubo Tite is Aizen's Bankai.

Or a data book will come out and say he was always in Bankai.

Re: "I'm Kind of a Shinigami Too"

I admit I did feel a little bit of "I'm free, I'm finally free" when I finished the chapter. I imagine we will at least get a confirmed alive/dead list when the final data book comes out. So many lives are up in the air. Rukia fading away from a powerless Ichigo would have been such a strong ending....

Re: "I'm Kind of a Shinigami Too"

Yeah all the recent chapters have barely felt like part of the same linear story. Bach's motivation, essentially pulling a Code Geass to make everything one and negate despair, was never once clear to me until this chapter. It was definitely cool to get those final words out of Aizen, wherever he ma...

"I'm Kind of a Shinigami Too"

I mean, we have to have a Bleach finale thread in here. If just in name, right? I was hoping the "special announcement" would be a spinoff manga focused on Kazui and Ichika that brought back that feeling of clueless kids fighting ghosts in their small town , but I guess a live-action movie is as con...

Re: The Life of a Burke

Wow, that sounds terrible but glad you got through it. Congrats on the perseverance. That's a lot to overcome. Explaining limbo periods is rough on a resume, but employers generally forgive prior lapses once you complete your degree. In the past three years, I've been involved in interviewing about ...

Re: College

Biggest difference post-college in my opinion is making time to do the things you actually want to do. Everything starts to feel like it really has to be worth doing. I turned down a high-paying job recently because I knew it wasn't the right career move even if I'd be making ludicrous amounts of mo...

Re: Online competition!

Oh nice, that's good cause I'm the same way. I only ever catch a handful of Pokemon I really like then just train them and ignore the entire "catch 'em all" aspect or the competitive EV training component. Did those in first and second gen, now I just cruise control my Pokemon. Wow I was totally wro...

Re: College

Oh yeah finding the time to read books with every else going on can be so hectic. I love reading books and I've only read two in the past year. And you'd have to be really paying attention and taking notes and whatnot. That's no good. That's awesome it seems to be going well though. I had a semester...

Re: Online competition!

Yeah I'll have to give DS2 another shot sometime. I did have extremely high expectations for it after the original, probably moreso than any other game prior to it, so I'm sure that played a part in my disliking. I put a couple hundred hours into the original too, so the actual storyline of DS2 blew...

Re: College

I've been out of college for three years now just working IT jobs. I think about going back for a master's degree, but grad school can be such a scam. Though it'd be a nice reprieve from all the mundane issues that pop up once you're fully into that "working life" phase. But an expensive reprieve. Y...
